Amendments were made to the budget of Kazan for 2019

This decision was made at the XXXIII session of the Kazan City Duma.

(KZN.RU, April 18, Alena Miroshnichenko). The budget of Kazan has been amended for the current year. This decision was made by deputies of the Kazan City Duma at the XXXIII session.

Irek Mukhametshin, the head of the Financial Department, proposed to return to the city budget the balances formed on the accounts of budgetary and autonomous institutions on January 1, 2019, in the amount of 93.9 million rubles. 64.4 million rubles will be spent on bringing the costs of labor remuneration of employees of educational institutions to the approved tariffs, and also 29.5 million rubles on the construction of an annex to the school №114.

“Taking into account the changes, the total budget for revenues will be 23 billion 117.3 million rubles, for expenses 24 billion 848.5 million rubles and a deficit of 1 billion 731 million rubles. The source of financing the deficit is the balance at the beginning of the year”, summarized I. Mukhametshin.

The draft decision was previously considered at a meeting of the commission on budget and financial issues, local taxes and duties of the Kazan City Duma. There is a positive decision of the Chamber of Control and Accounts. Bulat Kutdusov, a deputy and the chairman of the commission, noted that the changes to the budget of Kazan for 2019 are due to objective reasons and are aimed at solving priorities.
